Booking
Bookings can only be made through the website. After your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive an electronic confirmation (receipt). Please note that without receiving the confirmation, you will not be able to use our services.
On-site Arrival
Upon arrival, you must complete registration, where you can present your booking confirmation receipt and receive the necessary equipment. After that, you will be able to freely use the services you have booked.
Payment
Payment is processed automatically via online banking at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please note that in case of booking cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Late Arrival
In case of late arrival, the booked time will not be extended or rescheduled. Please plan your time accordingly.
Liability for Damage
All players and visitors are required to properly handle the padel courts and infrastructure on the premises. Any damage caused by intentional or negligent behavior will be the responsibility of the person at fault. The club reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs to the individuals deemed responsible for causing damage.
Clothing
When using the padel courts, it is mandatory to wear only sports (special) footwear.
Commission Fees
Please be advised that during the payment process, a commission fee set by the bank or other payment service may be added. The full responsibility for paying these fees rests with the user.
